* Meet & greet at the arrivals (for T1 arrivals, meeting point is at the end of the escalator after the aerobridge; for T3 arrivals, meeting point at end of aerobridge)
* Handover of visa (if applicable) and other essential documents
* Full escort though immigration clearance and security screening
* Assistance at the baggage belt area
* Porterage service
* Hand baggage trolleys (upon request)
* Buggy car transfer priority through the airport terminal (in the areas where the access is permitted by Civil Aviation Authorities)
* Escort to the receiving party at the meeting point outside arrivals
