Oman Air to operate three flights a week on Muscat-Sohar route from Nov 18
Oman Air will be operating three flights per week between Muscat and Sohar with the launch of the Sohar Airport on November 18. To start with, the airline will be operating two ATR42-500 aircraft on the route. Oman Air has said that it will look after the ground handling and that the flights operate during the day. The airport has also been assigned its code by the International Air Transport Association. The opening of the airport comes after the completion of all civil works of the first and second phases.
