Al Majlis Service for Departure includes:

* (Al Majlis service on Departure cannot be used for passengers on direct flights to USA due to specific security requirements)
* Check-in-directly at Al Majlis Lounge instead of regular Dubai Airport Terminals.
* Al Majlis staff will therefore process immigration formalities, customa and luggage handling on behalf of the passengers.
* Refreshments are served in the lounge until the necessary formalities are completed (except alcoholic beverages).
* Passengers are escorted in a bus or limousine* to the boarding gate of the aircraft.
* Passengers will be provided with a bus or limousine depending upon the number of persons booked with Al Majlis on a specific flight

Note: The service does not include Airport to hotel transfers or UAE entry visa (if required)
